Lousy and needs a nicer service
I just took a room in Bel-Air Hotel Los Angeles, and utterly disdained it. The all in all hospitality here was disgusting. I had contempt for this hotel! I disapproved of the lobby - it was terribly annoying, the fragrance in the bathroom was ordinary, and the front desk service was mediocre. I I could not stand the amount of kids that were staying in that place. People there are mean. And to top that, the elevators were not working when I was checking in there. Won't ever visit again to this place.

Bel-Air Hotel Los Angeles one of our favorite hotels
I just returned from there last night. I simply had an amazing stay. The experience here is terrific. The rooms were utterly astonishing. They are kids oriented it's extremely agreeable. I was amazed with this hotel - the room service was functional, I was satisfied with how spotless the bed was, and also the lobby looked elegant. In short, I recommend it to anyone who's visiting Los Angeles!!
